Apprenticeships

The R3 Pathway seeks to upskill, educate and equip prison leavers with the needed skillsets to reduce reoffending.

We seek to train all our participants in key back to work skillsets such as interview preparation and CV writing, Manual handling and food hygiene certificates and all participants will be further supported through mentoring and coaching.
